PAYMENT METHOD

METHOD 1 : CREDIT CARD

3. Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque.
4. Date and time of bank in.
5. Cheque number if payment by cheque.

For local order, the delivery will be done through CITY-LINK express.


Delivery Time

Subject to stock availability and order loads, all local orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days after the payment has been confirmed


Delivery Charges

  • A Flat rate of RM 8.00 postage apply to all order RM 50.00 and above in a single transaction/receipt for any shipment within Peninsular Malaysia.Any order below RM50 will not be accept.

  • Free shipping is applicable for order above RM200 in a single transaction/receipt within Peninsular Malaysia and excluded for promotion/discount item.

  • For East Malaysia and International deliveries please contact us at custservice@klangmama.com.my for a product invoices calculated with shipping costs.

Note: Above mentioned shipping rates is subject to any changes of Courier Security & Fuel Surcharge and Good Handling Charges.

Return Policy

Kindly contact us at custservice@klangmama.com.my within 3 days of receiving your items if you wish to return the item. We will issue you a Product Return Confirmation Email and the items must reach us within 7 days from the date of the product Return Confirmation Email.

The following condition applies:

  1. We will issue you Klang mama cash voucher via email for the return item based on the product purchase price. Please note that we will deduct a 15% restocking fees for return items.

  2. Return items must be in Complete/Original Packing. Items return Stained, Washed, or Used will NOT be eligible for return.

  3. Delivery charges are not refundable and if you items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.

  4. Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be born by the customer.


Damaged Items

Our outlet procedures are to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that items delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us at custservice@klangmama.com.my within 3 days of receiving the goods. We will issue you a Product Damage Confirmation Email. We will then either deliver a new set of product or replace the broken parts to you at no cost to you.
